Non-Kindred anons have talked about it happening to them too, sometimes when they haven't ever actually watched a Vox stream before. Some of them have started watching him specifically BECAUSE they claim he visited them in their dreams. Combined with him essentially being an incubus in lore, it makes more sense for this to be an in-universe power of his than not.
