>>13721678So my absolute best guess is she is an Oriental Honey Buzzard (buzzards and hawks are the same thing). It migrates to Japan for part of the year. It has light brown feathers that appear almost pinkish in the light as the image demonstrates which almost matches Lui's hair color.
