Graf Karen is still there and does streams. There are also some indie vtubers like the tranny Mocca Liebeskind and JinjaOwO.
I would like to start vtubing too, perhaps if I can finally get a new PC and gear, but you don't get anything right now for a normal reasonable price. Anyway I would rather just use vtubing first as a tool to learn to be better in small-talk and conversational English, besides also having a gigantic backlog of games.
