There is a hotel hosting a political speech. A politician is running a campaigning about eating specific dinos, but somebody makes a call about how there is human meat in the hotel (illegal), dinocop discovers the politician made a deal with the cops to fake this for political gain, and then both try to get rid of him.
The graffiti is made by a kid to fit in, when you catch him you can make him fix it by either getting rid of all of it or just the part that says dinocop (Pippa made him get rid of all of it btw)
