JIDF Penal Code § 420
(1) Criminal penalties
a) He who utters the words “wanau” or posts images bearing resemblance to it, or makes unduly references to it outside of a judicial or legislative process commits a felony.
b) Whoever performs the act known as wanau, willingly or not, shall be punished by death.
c) Whoever incites another to perform wanau shall be imprisoned no more than 20 years and the person who was incited to wanau and effectively performs it shall be imprisoned no more than 5 years.
d) Whoever possesses materials or paraphernalia that allude to wanau with the intent to distribute shall be imprisoned no more than 20 years.
e) Exceptions are to be granted to those who hold diplomatic immunity or enjoy any other extraordinary protections as prescribed by law or granted through an executive order on a limited and temporary basis, such as:
- Yuko Yurei.
- Aviel Basin.
- Any other talent belonging to Idol Corp.
