The translation is correct. But, there are two things:
1. "Burung" is also the slang for penis/dick. So, this conversation can be interpreted as Hakka showing his big green dick to Fuma. Also, it doesn't help that "Joni" is also Indonesian slang for dick.
2. "Anjing" (dog) can be an insult in Indonesian. Think of it as a rabies-ridden street dog instead of Shiba Inu when "anjing" is used as an insult. So, it's one way around to say "Regus itu anjing," or "Regus is a dog."
