I only got VR sickness once the first time I ever tried it but got over it almost immediately once my brain adjusted and I haven't had any VR sickness in months since that one initial time. I can do anything without any dizziness, kinda like Spider-Man.
The key to adjusting your brain to it, for me anyway, is walking in VR with the controller and stepping in place irl like a retard. Your brain just kind of adjusts and figures it out while you mimic the avatar for about ten minutes.
