Debuting more girls won't change anything if management stays the same. And no, the solution isn't enforcing them to stream at least X hours a week, that would only make them pick a FOTM game and do the bare minimum to get through the month.
They need something to work towards, constant new goals to make them want to keep improving as streamers, interact with their fans and hang out with their fellow coworkers.
Let's take a look at a random month in the JP side:
>Covers and original songs
>Solo lives
>Special events
>Tournaments
>Constant collabs
>(Occasional) offcollabs
>Group collabs
>Endurance streams
The EN branch does fuck all. The talents aren't even trying to play minecraft or RUST together anymore, all of them are enclosed in their own world in some degree, grinding through the streams on their own way without any clear goal. Mori is the only exception, and only because JP loves her and are betting hard for her career.
The rest were left alone on their own devices, and they eventually realized they didn't actually need to work. The fans love them and will defend them no matter what they do, the talents can't do no wrong, and the name of the brand is enough to make them live comfortably without needing to work to get donations.
EN3 will repeat the same pattern as Myth and Council. The first few weeks will be great, the previous gens will even stream more than usual. And then weeks and months will pass by, the motivation originated from the debuts will be gone and they will be only left with the same old fans, making the same old memes and jokes, endlessly praising them for anything they do, and history will repeat itself once again and everyone will start begging for EN4.
