In my case i start to dissacotate when im under a lot of stress and my memory becomes really bad temporarily. Its been 6 years of daily stress for me due to my living situation though. But yeah I'd reccomend exercise either way.
Been doing daily exercise for 30 mins daily for over a year now and definitely feel better health wise. Also trained legs helped with my chronic knee pain due to health related issues. As koroanon said dont skip back training. I have chronic back pain and scoliosis which makes it worse and you really dont want chronic back pain. Back muscles help prevent issues with that.
