Like most kids that are like that, they tend to be in environments that aren't comfortable to them and prefer the enjoyment of other's people pleasure, and while streaming on her own could be seen as an outlet, having no direct connection towards an actual human being and instead being text, it's obvious why she ignores her self deprecation and emotional state, by trying to make someone happy to have her.
