>MAG 272QP QD-OLED X50>500Hz refresh rate (2 ms)>0.03 ms GtG response time>VESA certified Clear MR 21000>VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500I had to look up what three of these specs even mean (They looked like word jumbles to me at first). It seems like: GtG is how fast the individual LEDs turn on and off. The Clear MR 21000 is a motion blur rating spec. And the True Black 500 is a rating of how bright and dark the LEDs are when on and off.
I'm not entirely sure I understand the motion blur spec (seems like it means that at any time, a given percentage of pixels need to be finished changing state), but I thought the testing for it was interesting:
>https://www.clearmr.org/performance-criteria/>Testing Details for Clear Motion CTSThe VESA Certified ClearMR logo features multiple performance tiers [...] where each represents a range of blur performance based on the ratio of clear pixels versus blurry pixels as a percentage. [...]
>Products undergoing ClearMR certification are tested using a digital high-speed camera, which takes pictures of a test pattern moving across the screen as it changes from one frame to the next. A luminance measuring device, such as a colorimeter, is used to verify pattern luminance. The pictures are compiled into a profile and analyzed to provide a repeatable and objective CMR value.
