Like when Zyzz died because he was roiding and destroyed his heart (while being a fag and bragging he'd live to be 100 as a greek god), /fit/ deliberately spread misinfo that it was creatine powder that killed him, as a joke. Nowadays 4chan is full of the same people who would believe creatine can kill you, rather than roiding. Sad desu.
