"/here/" by your definition always means someone who does reps on their own general, or references whatever catalogue drama or meme pops up on /vt/.
A real heretuber should be someone who vibes with and gets the culture of this website altogether
or at least boards like /a/, /jp/, and /v/ , and I have yet to find a single who comes close to being that.
