It's her follow-up to End of a Life. In becoming the enemy of her old self/old heroes, she's realized her place can no longer be that of the seething scrapper stuck in the shadow of simps and sensations. Instead, she's breaking all her old rules, announcing herself as "undead too", since she has a life after her end of a life, and is no longer picking a fight with the idol fanbase (a la RIP) but embracing her role as the life of its party.
In other words it's the lyrical bridge between EoaL and MoT.
