It's arguable that non-mediated communication and a parasocial relationship are mutually exclusive.
I've seen the term trans-parasocial used (maybe inspired by the transmedia setting of streams in particular), and there's probably a few other terms for something similar, some from papers on the subject.
I think the article 10.1016/j.chbr.2021.100150 describes all the differences between parasocial and trans-parasocial relationships better than I can in a few words, and might also cover and describe the actual relationships themselves and the wider sociology of streaming.
