If so, it's subject to whatever rules the copyright owners set up in Content ID (usually it's just run ads and take all the ad revenue, though sometimes they'll also do region blocking so that the VOD is only viewable in certain countries). Holo and Niji don't get strikes from what I've seen either; videos of some archived karaoke that get hit by claims become not viewable because the copyright owner set up rules in Content ID to block the video from being watched.
