"With" can be used in the sense of "in the same place". The fact that her sentence starts with "setting up" makes it ambiguous. Consider the following sentences without bias:
"Setting up a tent with two boys"
"Eating shit with OP"
The focus of the sentence could be setting up a tent, and there are two boys doing it. It's how one might title a book or instruction manual.
But if you say "He's eating shit with OP", it removes the ambiguity and you know there are two people eating shit instead of one.
