I know you're thinking of Selen's shit but Pomu had fukashigi no carte perms confirmed then the rights holder backed out on it later.
But she still never released the vocals anywhere which never made any sense to me. In Pomu's case I get it because that's just the kind of person she is but there are lots of vtubers who I don't see giving enough of a shit to refuse to PL post while in a corpo.
