But at the same time, the entertainment industry is fickle and just being seen is far more important for growth than any actual talent. Look at NijiEN for example. All of the NijiEN girls had the same opportunities minus the girls directly related to Elira, who got a massive boost, and yet Selen and Pomu still rose to the top. Then, after leaving, despite no longer having Nijisanji's backing or "support," they grew even further and continued to excel. If all that mattered was the Nijisanji name, wouldn't all of the other girls be seeing similar numbers across the board?
