Things immediately went wrong because there was friction between KR1 and the former 541 E&C members. Then it was found out that Moarin was actually an infamous bully who in the past had pushed another girl to near suicide (the details are murky) which caused a lot of drama.
The second drama was a vtuber from NijiKR's 2nd Gen, Chae Ara. There's a lot of stuff that happened, but to summarize she colluded with the management against the rest of group, which caused Yuya, Bora, and a bunch of other members to leave, caused a bunch of lawsuits, and is pretty much the reason why they got rid of KR and ID around the time.
