>>77736654it's more that vrchat is being treated like the pools&hot tubs category in that all the coomers are contained in there where they can easily be filtered and the advertisers don't have to see them. you can't do that with vtubers because there's no vtuber category and tags are custom, so to protect the innocent advertisers they need to be moderated more harshly.
