And it's not even just her live2D. Her current 3D model is great, but remember how scary the most recent update looked when she first revealed it? They didn't even remember to put in the sheen in her eyes. It really is unacceptable.
That being said, it's entirely possible the person responsible for voicing concern over the quality of new models is the talent themselves, and so it might be that Gura just doesn't have the ability to articulate details that are off, but in that case, the c9mpany should appoint someone who is more experienced to recommend small changes and fixes to aspects of her models that come back off-model or broken in the initial pass.
On the other hand, it might also be that Cover will only pay for so many revisions and fixes before the talent has to start paying for them herself, in which case it's not really fair that Gura would have to pay out of pocket for other people's mistakes.
