I'd start with 5/6? boys. Their designs and personalities modeled after common otome tropes. I was thinking something similar to Ouran High but instead of high school just go the average isekai setting since it allows flexibvility in design. So you would have a shota, fuwamoco but for fujos, a tsundere prince, a cool smart bad boy, and one more trending towards bara but not quite. The fujo twins could be catboys since isekai theme and all.

This format works better on youtube with the pseudo patreon system that memberships are. 70/30 split. Obviously poaching is a no go for something like this.
