Leaks have shown him being behind various harassment campaigns, including the one where his group spammed the holoapp with gore and doxx the instant it came up, causing the app to have to be shut down a few hours later to deal with it.
Anyways for some reason he really latched hard onto Shiori on her debut and constantly would make degrading images and flooding both twitter and /here/ with it. This is likely another one of his raids.
