Reaching the goals only meant they'd get done sooner rather than later, since she'd have the money to do everything sooner.
Kiki had every intention to do everything on the list, right from the get-go, and she clearly states that champs shouldn't ever at all feel obligated to donate, and that she appreciates, to the fullest extent, whatever she gets.
