Most likely what happened is that Magni and Vesper wanted to go in a different creative direction that didn't line up with the content Holostars wanted to make. Or alternatively they wanted slackened restrictions/obligations. They couldn't work out a contract that they saw fit and simply did not resign and could not fit a graduation before/after negotiations were finalized.
I'm surprised no one fucking see it for what it is, have non of you fuckers worked a day in your lives?
