I sometimes wonder if or how companies account for such things if they're factored into success, because leaning on capturing Goslings can really be a dice roll of whether or not they're schizos, like some of the people Nene's had. Although, I guess in her case, there are enough of them to where one or two guys losing their shit and leaving or whatever doesn't bear much on things, as opposed to it being just one dude that there may be pressure in keeping appeased. I recall it being mentioned in the last thread that Codename was getting too overbearing and attention seeky with Lua, and her feeding into it, because what exactly does one do in a situation like that?
