The only way I can see a hypothetical HoloBR making it is not as a mean to get into the Brazilian market, but to pander to the EN audience by delivering exotic new chuubas. Maybe later in the future they could solidify their position in SA as the first corpo chuubas from there, but from what I understand and see from HoloID they can't survive solely on their native's country revenue.
