On it's own the drink "Snow Elf" is harmless. Decent alcohol if anything but to Lamy she can tell if the person who drank it is compatible with Lamyificaition and an easy conversion.
Once this is detected she decides to ask if they want a "Blue Clapper" which adds a second kind of alcohol, which also by itself is harmless but when combined with the Snow Elf drink will trigger Lamification in the subject in a quicker manner.
Lamy could probably turn someone not compatible but it takes more time and energy to do it and if she's just wanting a companion/fuckbuddy this would get her someone who's more open to it.
It also lets her lure her target out to somewhere more private to mix them the Blue Clapper...
