I don't even know why you guys are still arguing about this. The guy had a valid point that it's probably better to make announcements towards the end of a stream when more people have arrived, but it didn't really need to be said in chat, and it was understandable that Lisa and other people misinterpreted it because the initial comment wasn't worded very well.
