>>13403617It's just plain bad. Bad graphics and texture application. Even if you have top of the line everything it's not gonna help you much, especially when streaming. Cyberpunk has a nasty habit of hogging all of your GPU (unless you cap it) so that everything else you have running in the background suffers, especially OBS. Best thing you can do when that happens is switch DLSS to Performance Mode which will put a cap on power usage allowing OBS to still capture. Why OBS needs GPU I don't know.
