You wouldn't have to worry about making tactics, those will be provided for you if you don't know anything about PES. It's not too bad being a new caretaker, there's a lot of resources and people that can answer any questions you have. Only thing is the commissioner has decided to hard cap the league at 40 teams. There's various ways they're thinking of handling it if there's more than 40 teams that sign up in the future but right now it seems like it's been decided that teams that have made more league appearances will have priority and there may be more strict proof of interest requirements enforced in the future, so threads that have only a few people seemingly interested in a team might be disqualified in favor of more enthusiastic threads. I'm not telling you to give up but that's what you'll be facing, the earlier you sign up after signups open the better, a few old teams get cycled out for new teams each league so it's not impossible to get in. Hell, it wouldn't hurt to get involved now and start learning everything you need to know for your team, /tactical/ already has a rep preparing for next league.
