It's obvious from watching Mori that she can act autistically without malice. In her head, there's a good chance she didn't think the announcement was that big of a deal since Cover had already confirmed 3D with the delay + the hints other people were dropping.
If you want to criticize her for the announcement, that's fine. But jumping to the conclusion that she planned this to spite everyone is insane dude.
