She absolutely does do GFE. She just doesn't do very much of it and it's not one of her main things at all. Plus it's undermined by her ghosting habit.
Also pointing to Rushia all the time for an example of GFE is weird when Kiara is right there in EN and does almost exactly the same thing.
Also it's not as big a deal as some of you make it sound. It's not like it comes with any promises or restrictions. It's just a fun/nice thing.
