It's a common issue with a lot of models but usually putting "skirt lift, detached sleeves, taking off, off shoulder" in negatives is enough to get rid of it.
Maybe it's trying to give Pekora her default outfit and that's why it's particularly bad, I'll try putting her default outfit in negatives too.
It's not a big issue, just a bit annoying.
