Honestly, the best chance they'd have at forming a concert group would've been the sloppy sisters. 4 strong individual streamers around the same levels of popularity that work well together as a group.
They're not going to be as musically gifted or as good dancers or anything, but as far as a successful group goes, they'd be less reliant on Mint for the heavy lifting.
That said, there's nothing stopping Mint from doing both, and nothing against Vicky or Phoebe since they seem like nice people, but I hope Mint doesn't have any delusions that she isn't carrying the other two on her back right now.
