Millie is an EN vtuber, so it makes sense for her to filter people to Englsih.
Ollie is an ID vtuber, its kinda silly that she freaks out at people for complaining that an ID vtuber isn't speaking the ID language.
Imagine if you opened an EN vtuber you liked, and they just spent the entire stream speaking Japanese or just only sang in Japanese. That's what the ID fans were complaining about with Ollie, she brands herself as something then panders to something completely different.
