My deduction is when Ame found a new place Gura asked her if she can move in together but Ame said no. They then proceeded to have a fight which left Gura depressed because she is a sensitive autist. Now she streams for so long to dull the pain of losing her best friend while using chat as surrogate Ame. She probably hasn't talked with Ame since EN collab, that's why when she was asked about collab with Ame she said Ame was busy when evidently she is not.
