She also might not want to make any "should be back by x" tweets and give false hope, and only reach back out when she's 100% feeling better and knows when she's going to be able to stream again.
Clearly they don't want to disclose dire personal life shit/tragedies. Sana taking 2 weeks off because her "dog died" should already tell you that.
