1. I could not give less of a shit about who is behind the model as long as they're entertaining.
2. Zen's model is female, so unless I'm specifically asked not to then that's what I refer to her as. For example, I also watch a bit of Jowol, and he talks about being a man constantly despite using a female model. Thus he is male, even if he has huge fat doll tits.
3. The only reason I would care about anyone's gender is if there was any reason to suspect they're doing bad things related to it. Not only does Zen completely avoid flirting with any streamers, male or female (It's even a recurring bit with Mata, where her advances are consistently rebuffed), but I have yet to see a single person have anything bad to say about Zen as a person. Or at least I haven't seen it from someone that I wouldn't immediately clock as a schizo.
4. Zen is hot, gets a shitload of good art, and has some very good design sensibilities. Mouse and Zen are the VShojos that get new models constantly, but if I had to compare them I would say I more consistently like new Zen models more than new Mouse models.
