Now that I've seen the costume from another angle, I'm pretty sure it's a fan she's holding in front of her face, creating that weird shape that looked like a popped up shirt collar. She obviously has twintails, and based on what another anon said yesterday, I'm 80% sure that the "wings" on her back are actually a ribbon. I'm actually much more confident about this outfit, I guess the original outline just gave off a bad first impression. Now the only think I'm wondering about is the color of the dress.
Also, apparently these reveals are going to go how the holoX ones went? Where they quickly show off the costume and move on? Like 30 minutes each for them?
