Right as that happened I was recently unemployed and watching vtubers 16 hours a day (my employer went under during to COVID), including both Haachama and Coco. It's weird to see people spout random shit that is the exact opposite of things I saw happen in real time. The organization of Chinese spammers was not instantaneous either, and there were a lot of factions and casual haters pushing for different directions or demands, before a core of them solidified on targeting Coco and Fubuki.
