That's really fucking sad. Despite being ostensibly the most popular woman in the company she's getting such a shit salary. It's because of her reliance on female viewers she gets dogshit donations. And Nijisanji only really pays you from the donations they get nothing from the merch or other sources.
Anyway, it just proves that her strategy of appealing to females, as a female, is not a successful one. Women don't donate to female vtubers. It was never the correct strategy, she is supposed to be courting male fans who will actually donate to her.
The saddest fact is that it's all downhill from here for her.
