I think she needs to / already kind of has accepted just being more standard issue GFE for many people and that that's fine. Nobody else even who let their fans refer to them as their wife are THAT serious about them becoming a monk for their sake, though all of them even who aren't GFE will definitely get jealous if you divert your attention from them.
A long time ago it was easier to think she was more like that, but she probably just wasn't fully expressing her desires or thinking long about them, and that's fine too.
