Selen was the logistics for the entire fucking branch at this point, and it's clear that without her they have nobody who can organize anything with any level of competence, as Nijisanji's managers do not fucking do their jobs.
Funny enough, a large reason she started opening up staff positions was that even with her team at the time, she still had to do several things related to merch and sales herself as none of the managers on her team had nearly the same kind of experience or skill with that specific type of work as she does.
Nijisanji EN does not have any kind of replacement remaining for Doki's skills or Pomu's heart. It's only going to get worse from here for them. I can only hope the fallout hits so hard that they're forced to make real changes in JP as well.
