Just because it has the funny meme song and the fucking cast newfags won't shut the fuck up about doesn't mean it's beginner friendly.
PCB on the other hand fixes a lot of those problems , and while not necessarily easier either the cherry shield thing at least allows new players to brute force more feasibly.
Personally I'd suggest th08 - IN or th15 LoLK, IN being arguably the easiest overall and 15 being fairly easy on Easy but letting you bash your head against the wall over and over mostly unpunished in Pointdevice mode (ironically one of the hardest Normals though)
