We all knew Sana graduation was a matter of when rather than if, given that all the way back from her dog-died multi-week-long early break onward she virtually never streamed. There was genuinely a stretch where you'd get two 10-hour-long Pokemon streams out of her and then nothing else for an entire month.
There's a reason that her graduation followed by the transition into Promise felt so natural, and why people really don't lament Council as a unit beyond a few obsessive clipwatch/unity types. Sana never really felt like a proper part of Council in terms of those key bonding moments because she genuinely was not present for them for the vast majority of her time in Hololive, while IRyS was regularly a part of so many great moments with the others instead.
I don't dislike or blame Sana, but we all felt and knew that she had graduated well before her graduation.
