If anything, she'll do this for sponsored streams, collabs, and things she wants to review (gameplay rantzsudan) at a minimum, since as much as I love Pippa IMO she is absolutely not the type to be able to spend the stream talking about the game itself (See Erina and CotL recently) and I also doubt capipis want that, depending on the game of course.
This is tossed out the window provided the game chosen is something she's autistic about of course, which I have no complaints about whatsoever.
Not to play the filthy centralist, but I believe (obviously) a semi-even blend of both types would be beneficial, since non-zatsu can allow for significant growth buildup over time, and an eventual filter with a gameplay rantzsudan and/or topic talking stream, since those seem to be the two biggest general filters I've seen, unless I'm missing any, which I think I am.
