i bought a bunch initially and they sent me an email in english a couple weeks later telling me to purchase this shipping plan off the website that was 2700 taiwan dollars and then they shipped it
when you purchase it i think it says like "you are responsible for settling your shipping with the courier" or something like that but just as a heads up in case you do buy something
