I'd say if it was legit a sloppy job from the devs it would be machine translated or something but I just imagine there is some Vietnamese guy voice acting his heart out in his native tongue and everyone in these chats are shitting on him for no reason. I guarantee nobody is going to learn a complicated language just to voice act one game after all.
I'm just taking the games time frame where the events are supposed to happen and comparing it to the negative feedback from chat. It means enough to them to say it instead of go rat lady woo or whatever. So it is important to them, but yeah I don't know what surprises me more, that there is a Vietnamese fan base at all or that they care enough about this guys voice acting enough to raise pitchforks over it.
